Privacy policy
reporting-tool, operated by Euro Trading.
What we access
When a member of Euro Trading signs in with Google and grants access, the
application uses the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords)
to read, from the Google Ads accounts that person can access:
- account details: customer ID, name, currency and time zone;
- campaigns: ID, name, status and budget;
- daily cost, clicks and impressions per campaign;
- the accounts' change history (what was changed, when, and by which user).
We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google service, and we do not request the person's profile beyond what Google's sign-in requires.
How we use it
Only to report advertising spend, budgets and account activity to Euro Trading for the accounts it manages. Access is read-only: the application never changes a Google Ads account.
Storage and sharing
- The sign-in credential is stored only on the server that runs the application.
- The reporting data is kept in Euro Trading's reporting system, processed by service providers acting on its behalf and under its instructions.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
- Data is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Limited Use
reporting-tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Reporting data is kept for as long as Euro Trading needs it for its own records. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the application then stops reading new data. To have data deleted, write to the address below.
